| Lars arrived from Detroit about 11:00 am, so we all had to pitch in and cook to get it all ready for dinner. |

| We used Grandpa Beaver's China for the first time. |

| We brined the turkey the night before and Lars stuffed it with three meat stuffing. |

| The turkey turned out deliciously moist and tender! |
 |
| With the turkey, we had stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, broccoli and cornbread. |
