Sarah, Rebecca and I went to Tucson for a visit before she returned to Germany. We were going to camp, but ended up getting a wind advisory that night, so we got a good deal at a Hilton Suite. We visited Old Tucson Studios, which is a place where a lot of movies were shot and also TV shows like Bonanza. The next day went to Kartchner Caverns, which is one of the 10 most beautiful caves in the world. It's still "alive" and forming so the formations have a shine and opaque color not seen in most caves. A bat colony stays there six months a year to give birth, and during that time, one of the two caves is closed. It was a great trip!
